WHAT IS THE "TAKE IT IN STRIDES RUN"?

Join us on a journey to remember loved ones lost to suicide and raise awareness for suicide prevention.

This is a newly organized annual charitable event – participate by running 5 km or 10 km, or walking 3km.

This event is here to support those battling with mental illness by offering a safe space

to recognize that their community is here to help.

It is also here to provide those who know someone battling, with the knowledge they need to provide help.

Prior to the in person event we will be hosting online workshops and training

in order to educate people about suicide prevention.

All donations raised for the event, will go towards the

Canadian Mental Health Association  Children's Centre Foundation

Participants will be asked to offer encouragement, show strength, share stories

and remember those that have been lost.
